Adopt a row of Jersey Royals Terms & Conditions

“Adopt a row of Jersey Royals” is managed by Phipps Relations Ltd on behalf of The Jersey Royal Company
By purchasing an adoption, you are supporting a charitable initiative in aid of Caring Cooks of Jersey.
Each adoption costs £50, with all proceeds donated directly to the Caring Cooks of Jersey.

Each adopter will receive:

A personalised gift pack, including a welcome letter, certificate confirming your adopted row and recipe cards.
A personalised marker placed in a Jersey Royals field identifying your adopted row
Email updates and short video content throughout the growing season (January–April), including key milestones such as planting and harvesting.
10kg of freshly harvested Jersey Royals, delivered to a UK address in April (harvest timing may vary slightly depending on weather and growing conditions). Potatoes will be sent in one 10kg delivery, with empty sharing bags provided for you to fill and share.

Please note:

The adoption does not confer any ownership rights over land, crops or produce.
The harvest timing is subject to seasonal and environmental factors beyond our control.
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.

Payment of £50 per adoption must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
Gift packs will be dispatched from early December 2025.

Personal data (including name, address and contact details) will be collected by Phipps Relations Ltd solely for the administration of the adoption scheme, including issuing certificates, providing updates and arranging delivery.
Data will be shared only with The Jersey Royal Company and trusted fulfilment partners directly involved in running the initiative.
Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data will be stored securely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting JerseyRoyals@thisisphipps.com. Please note that deletion before harvest may limit our ability to fulfil your adoption.

As this is a charitable initiative, refunds cannot be issued once payment has been made.
In the unlikely event the crop cannot be harvested or delivered due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Phipps Relations Ltd and The Jersey Royal Company reserve the right to offer an alternative fulfilment or donation arrangement.
