To celebrate the much anticipated 2019 season, Jersey Royal New Potatoes partnered with top chefs and leading restaurants up and down the country to launch the Jersey Royal Spring Edition.
From the beginning of April, the restaurants involved served up a variety of exclusive dishes including a classic Easter lamb with Jersey Royals from Wood Restaurant in Manchester, a burnt hay, cured egg yolk and Jersey Royal dish from award-winning Anglo and grilled octopus with Jersey Royals, capers and wild fennel from The Cleveland Arms in London. The participating chefs also shared their unique Jersey Royal recipes for customers to re-create and enjoy at home. Excitingly, a total of 30 restaurants took part in the Jersey Royal Spring Edition, meaning people all over the UK and Jersey could eat Jersey Royal potatoes in many different and delicious ways.
The Jersey Royal Edition will be back and even bigger in 2020, so stay tuned!
