Last Spring marked the 140^th anniversary of Jersey Royal potatoes, a native treasure with an unrivalled taste and quintessentially British heritage. The work starts from now when Jersey farmers are working hard to prepare and plant the crop in order to provide for the short seasonal window of April to June.
