This season, indulge in the creations of the potato queen herself: Michelin-trained chef Poppy O’Toole, @poppycooks, who has captivated all 4.1 million of her TikTok followers with her mouth-watering potato recipes. In an exciting collaboration with Jersey Royals, she brings her expertise to the table with two brand-new videos celebrating this much-loved springtime staple. The first showcases a delectable cheesy hasselback recipe perfect for cooking in the air fryer, while the second is a very unique and special traybake. These exclusive recipes will be available on Poppy’s TikTok channel and are ready for all to savour during the Jersey Royal season.

Jersey Royals are beautiful tiny little potatoes, nutty in flavour with beautiful flaky skin. What I love about Jersey Royals is that they’re so seasonal because they come from the island of Jersey, so you can only get them at this time!” – Poppy O’Toole
