Clodagh McKenna’s love for fresh, seasonal ingredients truly shines through in her Jersey Royal recipes! Jersey Royals worked with Clodagh over two years to craft two exclusive Simply Seasonal recipes –  her Jersey Royal BLT Salad and the Jersey Royal, Wild Garlic & Ricotta Tart, each dish celebrating the unique flavour and versatility of Jersey Royals.

In 2022, Clodagh visited Jersey to cook live from the côtils on ITV’s This Morning. The feature included an interview with two of the island’s farmers – Phil and Phil Le Maistre – before Clodagh whipped up a delicious mint, pea and Jersey Royal tortilla… Just look at that backdrop!
