A Coronation round-up
During the Coronation weekend at the start of May, these royal potatoes took centre stage at street parties all over the UK, in quiches, tarts, salads and more. We saw Ainsley Harriott rustle up some show-stopping Coronation Kebabs served with spiced Jersey Royals while over on ITV This Morning, Phil Vickery simmered Jersey Royals in goose fat to serve alongside a mouth-watering steak.
